Rosedale RV rents Class C Motorhome Rentals, Toy-hauler Rentals, and Travel Trailer Rentals.

Rosedale RV has a 3 night minimum requirement on all RV rentals. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Class C Motorhome rates are based in rental packages; each package includes roundtrip mileage to your destination and 6 hours of generator usage per rental night.

Toy-haulers rent at a nightly rate and include 6 hours of generator usage each rental night.

Travel Trailers rent at a nightly rate.

If a renter exceeds the miles offered in his/her package, the excess mileage rate is $1.25 per mile.

In the event a renter exceeds the 6 hour generator allowance per night, offered in his/her motorhome or toyhauler rental, the excess rate is $4.00 per hour.

Rosedale RV does not allow rentals to travel to either Canada or Mexico.

Rosedale RV does NOT offer one-way rentals.

A renter and all authorized driver/s MUST be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Rosedale RV does NOT allow any pet/s in all RV rentals. If evidence of a pet/s is found in a rental, the renter will incur a $500.00 “deep” clean service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rosedale RV does NOT permit smoking in all rentals. If evidence of smoking is found in a rental, the renter will incur an a $500.00 “deep” clean service fee.

All RV rentals must be returned between 8am and 12pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Should the renter return after 12pm, the renter will incur an additional rental nightly fee.

A renter may return his/her RV rental prior to the return date. However, a renter will NOT be refunded for any unused nights. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All RV rentals must be returned with the grey and black holding tanks emptied. Should the tanks not be emptied upon return, the renter will incur a dumping fee of $60.00. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The gas tanks must be refueled to full upon return to avoid any additional refueling fees.

There is a flat $25.00 propane fee on all rentals. Renters are not required to refill the propane tanks upon return.
